Only Dick could write a novel wherein God in the flesh of a 10-year-old boy (not an adult Morgan Freeman) could be a main character.
The book started an intriguing, strong 5. The passage of Emmanuel forming reality was unlike anything I have ever read, Dickian or otherwise, and it will remain in my memory for some time.
