Last book I'm going to finish this year so why not something by the master of shifting perceptions and realities? And if that's what you're looking for, you wont be disappointed with this book.
I don't know if this is one of those stories Dick just sat down and wrote without plan or direction but it certainly felt like it. I liked this, but didn't love it. I really think the psychological/pharmacological aspect wasn't fully developed or explored. The epilogue was sort of great, though. I wasted much of my life not reading PKD.

One of my favorite Dick works. A dystopian tour de force, though if I recall correctly the ending was not perfect.
