This book was disappointing to say the least. I really wanted to love this book but it did not live up to the hype. The book dragged on and I didn’t feel any attachment to the main characters, Matteo and Rufus. Also, what was with the side character stories??? They had no purpose to the overall plot of the story and only a few of them had anything to do with the main characters. I love this book SO MUCH! The thing is, I hate books that start out really slow and halfway through the book they finally pull us in to the good stuff. This book literally pulled you in on the FIRST PAGE. Seriously. And it has so much good stuff in it you have to keep reading. The ending was super sad though and it made me cry but it’s a great book and anyone I would recommend it to anyone, a very well deserved 5 stars. :)
Even though the book already tells you what happens at the end i still sobbed the entire way through and then THE ENDING?? TEARS WERE STREAMING
