i love how camille sometimes narrates dialogue in a laundry list, it kinda shows how bored or intrigued she is of a conversation/what she expected of a conversation and it’s just genius to me

for a psychological thriller, i appreciate how certain details/scenes are brought about casually— there’s a shock factor of course, but i like how the characters aren’t shocked, just me: the reader. (does that make sen ...more
