Even for someone not as well-read as myself, The Three-Body Problem felt like something that stands out in its genre, something that readers don't come across often.
The uniqueness comes mainly from Liu Cixin's matter-of-fact writing style while covering a story that gets increasingly extra-ordinary the more it unfolds.
