I picked this book up as a blind date with a book because I thought it sounded cute. When I opened it up and saw the front cover, I honestly didn’t expect much, as I’m not usually drawn to that type of cover. But within the first few pages, with how many anne of green gables references there were, I knew I would love it. Even though I knew I would love it, I did not expect to love it this much still. I can safely say that it is now one of my favorite books, and one that I will think about often.
