"Run, child!"

Book number 11 in the Sigma Force series focusing on the birth of human intelligence, the so called Great Leap Forward. This story is another of the divide and conquer efforts. It just so happens that the "damsel in distress" are twin scientists working the same project but by virtue of being in geographically different locations at the time, are split: Maria to the science side, Lena to the history side. Both are in distress at various times, some may say constantly.

I believe this is my favorite Sigma Force novel to date. This was the second I read in the series after 6th Extinction. It's out of order but I don't feel that I've missed a beat. I chose this one because it was a Christmas gift and couldn't put it down. Now that I have finished this, I'll head to the beginning of the series to get on track. Readers of Sigma Force will be delighted when they reach this 11th novel. ...more

As member of the sigma force fan club I sometimes worry if the next installment will stack up. Bone labyrinth is great. Loved the fascinating backstory, the rolling peaks of suspense, the buildup of doubt that our team will overcome. Thank you for the ride!
