DNF. I really pushed myself to finish it for the book club but I honestly just cannot. I hate the writing style and the characters mean nothing to me I cannot connect with anyone not even the main character. Everyone dies one chapter later anyway. And I honestly struggle to understand how this is anticolonial like this whole thing is fucked up. It’s not even framed as bad or anything it just is.
