I didn't particularly like or dislike this book, to me it just felt very meh.. Definitely not the best story I've read, I feel like this had so much potential promised in the beginning, that by the end of the book was just not met.
I liked the concept of the different houses for each sin, though we didn't get to see what hell was like.
I liked Wrath and Emilia as characters, though I felt that Emilia didn't really have any personality in her. The world building in this book was also very blend. B ...more

ok...this is the final verdict.
y'all have (probably) seen my plentiful reading updates of me gushing over how amazing this book is. and now you're probably wondering why the Hell (see what i did there?) i rated such an amazing book so low.
the characters were *chef's kiss*. wrath and emilia? oh my gosh, i ate their relationship up with no crumbs left. the seven princes of hell? yum. i love my unfeeling villains.
but it all boiled down to the ending.

O que dizer deste livro... Quanto mais avançava na leitura pior ficava. O prólogo se mostrou impecável, me instigou a ler o livro, uma história sombria e cheia de mistérios, mas o desenvolvimento acabou com tudo isso. Fantasia escrito em primeira pessoa já não é tão interessante, quando mal escrita e desenvolvida é pior ainda.
A autora inseriu criaturas/elementos na história sem mais nem menos, o que torna a leitura extremamente confusa para o leitor.

Unequivocally five stars, there is not even an argument here.
OK, first of all, the beginning was very unusual and really intrigued me!
On the first page of the book I marked almost every sentence there😂
The book drew me into a story about witches and mysterious running mysteries and terribly handsome and attractive and perfect demons😗
I adore everything about this book, from the world building of the book to the development of the characters.
