I loved this! I would have finished it earlier, devoured it, but I didn't want it to end. The story is kind of a collection of short stories but a running connection throughout the book is a bee keeper and his grandson. There were so many great quotes but you know it's going to be good when a book starts with something amazing like, "I was born in Afghanistan, but I only came to know where my country belonged in the world when I left it." So good, and there are recipes in the back. ...more
