it has been so incredibly long since a romance book managed to make me feel all the feels the way this one did.
what a cute, and well written novel.
i finished this one in one sitting and have absolutely no regrets.

SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP I LOVED THIS BOOK! It had SO MANY good tropes and I vibe with Elizabeth Marisol Buxbaum on a molecular level. For example, we just read the Great Gatsby in L.A. 20AP, and Liz's opinions are mine. Plus, there's a playlist and it's so cute and who doesn't love a book that combines rom-coms, music (Taytay too, cause we love Swiftie authors!), and books?!?! Soo... Wesley Harold Bennet, where you at 👀

I loved this book sm omg.
It's such a great, light read. Absolutely perfect to feed the hopeless romantic inside of you. I loved the movie references and just the fact this story could be made into a romcom movie immediately.

i’m sat here, in my bed, taking my reading glasses off after every page because i kept crying??
i don’t know if i’m just so emotional (it definitely is) or i just loved the last couple of chapters.
this book is the perfect high school romance and it makes it special as it has no spice!! it just keeps it nice and flirty and it is actually so cute.

now i understand why everyone wants to marry wes bennett. i do too.
also loved how this book portrayed grief, friendship. liz wasn’t perfect but that’s what made her one of the most likable character in the romcom history (at least for me). none of the characters were two dimensional, they all had their own thoughts and depth. i loved this book sooo much, definitely one of my new favorites.
