I watch the movie in 4th grade and told myself to read the book. However, it wasn't until I was in 6th grade was when I started to read the series. Don't ask how that happened; it just did. Anyways, I found out that the book was longer and better than the movie! Percy is so funny with all of his sarcasm about things that he do. And I love how Grover was always saving nature and Annabeth was just the coolest! Although, I do have to agree with her that her pride gets ahead of her. Pack with action

it waS AMAZING!!!!!!!!i freaking love it. the whole thing was so surprising ,my friend told me about the series and i owe him my life for it !
I absolutely adored this book. I read it a little while after it became popular ( I just looked it up and the book was published in 2005, I definitely did not read it when it came out. ) I absolutely loved the characters and how the story was based off of the Greek Gods. I can't believe how many years it's been since when I first read it( not eight years, maybe three or four.) I hope I can get a more detailed review out soon... Bye!!!
