It took a while for me to finish reading this book. It started out with a bunch of names being thrown at you, which caused you to be confused and there was no need for that. She just randomly named a bunch of characters to confuse you.
Then it started moving along a little bit and I thought it was OK. But nothing page turning. Some good romance portions. And then I started feeling like she really missed out on developing certain characters and scenes. Theophanie, the new villain, had very li ...more

I listened to the audiobook & I miss Tairn's voice from the graphic audio editions of fourth wing and iron flame. Definitely planning to listen to that version when it comes out!
