I feel like I’ve just woken up from having my mind wrapped in velvet for days, and I long to be careened back barefoot into a forest of wild yews and elms. My only complaint is that each of these books should have been a thousand pages so I could nestle a little longer with Elspeth and her Shepherd King. Gorgeous story in every way.
