What Members Thought

I read this book in every spare moment I had over thanksgiving. Did not disappoint!

So many threads left loose, but even though this is it for Oraya and Raihn as main characters, the next books follow new main characters in the same world. I think, from the note at the end of this one, that Mische is the main focus of book 3, so these unfinished threads were likely intentionally left open as the story continues, in a way.
Loved every minute so far. Broadbent has created an(other) awesome world here.

3/5 Stars
The tortured angst and emotions for the beginning of the book was a little painful for me to continuously read. I just wanted to tell them to get over it already after so long. I’m not sure if I’m just not one for a slow burn or I have a knack for compartmentalization of emotions. It did drag on and on. I’m not sure if I want to get another book or not at this point.
