This book definitely lived up to my expectations.
So, shame on me, i watched the movie before i read the book. Once again, i fell in love with the movie, and ran to my bookshelf to start reading. i finished this book in three days!
Now if you're like me and watched the movie before you read the book, don't in any way decide against the book...yet! the movie is a heck of a lot different than the book. so that was great, considering movies usually ruin the surprises.

I think this book was great. I loved the suspense in it at the end. I love how it leaves you wondering why Cassie(author) finished the book like that. I like it when authors do that because it makes you want to read the next one to find out what happens. If you like vampires, Werewolves, warlocks, the fair folk, demons and demon hunters (or shadowhunters) then this is the book for you. It has action, fighting, and drama, a love triangle. And it also has some comedy. :)

This book got 4 stars mainly because I read the second book first which I think was much better than this. This book was very good but it's so conflicted that I don't know what to think about it. There are good and bad reviews on this website that are either directed towards love or totally HATE. Well, I liked this book and it's one of my favourites now, even after reading some of the reviews.
