What a heart warming story!
My favourite aspect of this book is that while each and every character has their fair share of trauma, the bonds they create with one another are stronger than what they have went through. This isn't quite a love story, but it is a story about love. Sibling, parental, romantic, and platonic - each aspect of love is represented, and proves that who you choose to be your family is just as important (and sometimes even more important) than blood relations.
