Solid conclusion
Strangling of the Ocean Serpent ties in the prequel trilogy to the original. It's an interesting take that starts off with a young Rotilla, then jumps 30 years to bring us up to the start.
Seth has created a well researched world with a thorough history and Strangling answered some questions I had about characters, even some minor ones from the original trilogy.
My only issue is there's no real ending and the book kind of ends on an anticlimax, but I think that's the point. Histor ...more
