I loved this book! The guys were all so different and great I had a hard time picking who my favorite was... So I made a list - Branden, Arden, Landis, Quade, and Rourke. Yeah, all of them. Each for different reasons.
Branden, he hides so much of his emotion, but you know it is a storm of them inside. I can't wait to see them break free.

THIS BOOK! Yve Vale weaves a story of Heartache and sadness in Shay that just calls out to you to love her. I read it in 3 hours and kept trying to turn the page after it was over. I can't stop thinking about Shay. She is so broken and although she gains some things she loses just as many. I laughed and cried in equal measure with this story and the guys she meets. It's going to be a long wait to book two but totally it's going to be totally worth it!

Hexed is the first book that I have read by Yve Vale and it definitely won't be the last! I really enjoyed this book, it had me hooked from the very beginning and I devoured it in an afternoon. Not only is the plot exciting and well developed but the characters are enjoyable and engaging ( yes even Rourke.) This book has captured my heart. Shayla believes she's a null (supe without magic) and only has to wait for her 20th birthday before she can run away from her abusive mother and revolving boyfriends. This is the first story I have read by Vale. I really liked Shayla - she is resilient and fierce. She has a plan to get away from her mother, who has abused her most of her life. But when she goes to a party with her friend, her plans get thrown out the window. She ends up mated, rejected, and everyone is convinced she has powers, so she gets sent to an academy to either gain control of her powers or she will be sent to an asylum. Thrilling, enticing, passionate! Just a few words to describe Hexed! I was hooked from the very beginning! Such an amazing plot with the added bonus of some hot smut! I read this in one day cause I just could not stop reading! I HAD to know what was going to happen next! I can’t wait for the rest of the series!!
This was a fantastic story, I was captivated by the first couple of chapters. The story is fast paced, full of action, mysteries and steamy times. Love Shayla, she is a likeable feisty character. Love all the men in the harem too and her relationship with them. Ended on a cliffhanger, looking forward to book 2.

Meh, book 1 of the series. Was the FMC childish? Yes. Was the book predictable? Yes. There were a few sentences that didn’t make sentence, like she forgot a sentence in between. But I glossed over it. As mentioned the FMC is a little childish/bratty/and just plain dumb at some moments but I will continue to book 2 as it’s all things that I think are just ground pains for many book 1s.

this book gave me so many tessa hale and lyra winters’ books feel, i’ve been looking for anything similar to their books, and i finally found it!! the magic system in this series was interesting, i’d never seen anything like this before! usually only witch/warlock have magic, but in this book every supernatural is capable of using magic! i also love fmc and mmcs in this book, except rourke and branden lmao, they have some groveling and work to do before i could like them. i’m still undecided on
