I’m emotionally conflicted right now. I may update this later but this is what I do far have grasped.
Two co dependent broken people keep having miscommunication & issues. Mental health is talked about. Abuse is talked about and so are some very sensitive sexual topics. I’m not sure how I feel. I felt very sad but the things talked about are all very real things. But I did feel like I needed more from the story maybe.

THIS BOOK ENDS ON A FUCKING CLIFF HANGER?!? WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME?? i was honestly a little bored for the duration of the middle, but got hooked again in the end and now i’m just plain mad that it wasn’t the ending i expected. the ending was too good to be over.

I’ll be honest here; I was mad for a minute there. I wanted to give this 2 maybe 3 stars, but I just couldn’t do it. I still don’t like the ending, but I get it. Am I still bitter about it tho? Absolutely!

a nice little story of navigating love through high school and college, with a whole lot of trauma mixed in ❤️🩹
