Very addicting and enjoyable book. While it wasn’t my favourite book ever, it was very well written with likeable characters.

I don't even know where to start.
This book / series has such a chokehold on my I can't think of anything else besides crossing the parapet and entering the rider's quadrant.
First of all, the underdog, Violet in this story is a bad bitch. I usually don't like the underdog stories but this one was delivered so beautifully. oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god. thank god I have a therapy appointment tomorrow bc this book just sent me into a tailspin 😭 the most perfectly written action / romance book I’ve ever read. brb gonna go cry.
The info dump in the beginning almost lost me, but that TWIST ENDING THO!? 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

It took me 6 months and 3 DNFs but I finally finished. Once I got through the first 200 pages, I consumed in one sitting.
I don’t know why it took me this long to read this.
