I can describe this book only with the word FOLLIA
Dark, obviously. The writing was definitely not upto the mark or anywhere near it but somehow the story kept me intrigued and the sex scenes were absolutely amazing. At some points, I hated Zade but I always loved his passion for his work and how he just does stuff bcoz he simply wants to. There were some lines that I really liked;

Why…. Why did I like this?
the more i think about the book the more i dislike it, like i read my review and think i only tried to think this way simply because of how much other people liked it. I wanted to enjoy it. i’m sure adeline was a great character and i liked her, but zade, nothing could ever make me like you dude.

This was actually pretty good. It’s a murder mystery / romance / erotic / stalker story and it’s decent.
I liked the multiple side plots but mostly their chemistry.

So if you read the trigger warnings about this book and still going ahead to read the book, I can tell you that it is worth it, I liked it.
I like Addie attitude, strong woman that knows what she wants and does not wait or care for other's opinions. The book really started strong and from the very first chapter I felt captivated.
