I can describe this book only with the word FOLLIA
Dark, obviously. The writing was definitely not upto the mark or anywhere near it but somehow the story kept me intrigued and the sex scenes were absolutely amazing. At some points, I hated Zade but I always loved his passion for his work and how he just does stuff bcoz he simply wants to. There were some lines that I really liked;

I really liked addie’s character she’s so effortlessly funny she was the highlight in this book for me.
the pacing was actually pretty good considering this was a bit of a long book. i was never bored or felt like the book was dragging
the mystery aspect was with gigi’s death was predictable because i figured out who had done it in the first half of the book. although i didn’t see the second person’s involvement until the end so that was nice. but since the mystery wasn’t the main focus of t ...more
