I have a lot of conflicting emotions from this one. First off, I loved the author’s writing style. It made me gasp, it made me scared for Adeline but like her… it also made me want Zade. This is a much darker romance than I have read before (and I heard the next one is even darker). I mean, the gun scene. Wtf. 🤯

respectfully if you read this and liked it i simply do not trust you or your moral compass. rape isn’t romance and sexual assult isn’t romance!!!!! giving it an honorary 1 star to balance out the insane number of 5 star reviews it has for some horrifying reason

I’m so concerned for everyone that has read this and liked it. Seek therapy. There is nothing likable about this book, not the writing, not the plot, and not even the characters.

This is not a dark romance. It’s literally not a romance at all. It’s a cry for help.
