I cent decide on three or four stars, so I’m going to leave it unrated for now and come back to it

On one hand I really enjoyed this story and the romance. I thought this couple was super cute and was exactly what each other needed to grow. I really loved how they brought each other out of their comfort zone and loved each other so much. The backstories just made me so sad, but I loved how it brought everything in this book together. Shelves: small-town-romance, faves-of-all-time

Wow... this book was spectacular.
Both the main characters' back-stories were heart wrenching but together their love was so poetic and beautiful. I couldn't get enough of Bree and Archer, the way they loved each other was amazing. Safe to say my standards just got a million times higher 😭😭😭 I loved all (most) of the characters as well, the little town they lived in felt so cozy i just wanted to live there too!

wow. just wow. I can totally understand the hype around this book. I’d had it in my bookshelf for a while and I picked it up on a whim yesterday already knowing it was time for me to start it and i’m just - WOW. I don’t think i’ve ever cried this much over a book, it was so so sad but so beautiful. I need to read any and every Mia Sheridan book there is now. i am actually in love with this book. my heart is broken and somehow happy?? at the same time?? anyways, this book deserves the world. bree and archer deserve every single good thing in this world. i adore them. watching them overcome the things that they did together and the healing that happened throughout this book was absolutely beautiful. i think this is one of those books that will stick with me for the rest of my life. I LOVE THIS BOOK 😭😭

Now I get why everyone seems to love this book so much. This story was very wholesome while still dealing with heavier topics (and including smut). Despite there not being as much build-up to the romance as I typically like, I feel like that worked perfectly for this story and I really did enjoy Bree & Archer's relationship.
