This was the most wholesome and perfect book I’ve ever read. Macy and Elliot are just so so precious. I want to protect them with everything in me to make sure that they never change. What they have is what anyone can only dream of. That one person that understands all of you unlike any other person. Why was this soooooo good? And sooooo cute? I couldn’t get enough.
This book is along the same lines as The Summer I Turned Pretty and Every Summer After so I won’t say too much about the plot line. But here’s what you’re going to get from this:
1. Friends to lovers trope 🥰
2. Coming of age story, sorta 😚

1⭐️ for Love and Other Words. This was my first Christina Lauren book. I dnf'ed at 64%... this one was just not for me. 🤷♀️
I cannot seem to understand the hype behind this one. I was really excited to get my hands on this, and to find out that this story was just perpetuated lack of communication and mishandling of serious topics... I was disappointed.
