At first I was like 'um...okay, Colleen, what are you writing?' and then as time went on, I fell in love with the characters and the story at large. My favorite character is Diem by far! We think and wonder alike. Lol

I love Ledger so much (the human Ledger). He definitely falls into that special category—the one that makes us squeal—called 'Men written by women'. I love how he loved Diem, how he did his best to protect the people he loved and also that he's pretty handy. He handled his emotions ...more

This was a good book about tragedy and loss, grief and mourning, mistakes and forgiveness, love and regret, hope and healing. So many feelings culminating into this gut-wrenching book.

I felt so many emotions the whole time I was reading this. There was something especially heartbreaking about this book compared to some of her others.
