I really didn't think it was possible but this might be the saddest and most poignant Colleen Hoover book I've read. I was completely torn in two because, on one hand, I understood Scotty's parents and why they did what they did, but on the other hand, I couldn't help but feel utterly devastated by everything that Kenna was going through. OKAY GUYS, I get the hype with CoHo now, I totally get it!
I instantly felt connected to Kenna, maybe because I can relate to some point and honestly I think a lot of us can find things we can connect to the main character. Traveling through her healing, growth, and forgiveness from herself and those affected by the tragic events was an emotional journey.
I appreciate the "love story" aspect of it wasn't all rainbows and butterflies, but cause honestly how could it have been. I love ...more
