I ran when they told me this was very much a book for swifties, so when I tell you my expectations were high.. they were HIGH! And of course I got dissapointed lol

Reasons why I got dissapointed:

1) not a single rule was broken
2) the insta love thing wasnt for me.. I needed depth
3) I felt 0 (ZERO, NADA,NONE) connection to ANY of the characters and the writing didn't help at all, it felt weird, like it was written by a bad AI;
4) Taylor Swift's references in the story might be the only reason for ...more

Lecture divertissante et honnêtement j’en attendais pas plus. La romance était mignonne mais je me sentais vraiment pas impliquée, et il s’est pas passé assez de chose pour que je m’attache à leur couple. Le jeu de l’Assassin avait pas trop de sens pour moi honnêtement parce que je comprend pas trop comment c’est possible que la partie ne se termine pas en max une journée si tout le monde participe et que ça se déroule 24h/24. one of my fav families ever tbh, i want a huge family like this who gets together and plays assassin ‼️ and the taylor swift references??? what more could i possibly ask for tbh this was a great summer read so cute and lighthearted.. and ofc wit and mer are adorable. i mean from their interesting.. first interaction to late night talks, they’re just so cute
