esse livro me deu uma força que eu nao sabia que precisava pra ser protagonista da minha própria vida. quem vive diariamente com traumas sabe o quão difícil é conseguir protagonizar sua própria vida sem se esconder do passado. esse livro te relembra que seu passado vai estar sempre com você mas que isso não tem que te limitar de viver a própria vida. as vezes tudo é muito mais difícil do que deveria ser, mas você consegue. seus traumas não definem você, e você pode sim se sentir infinito.

Had to read this for English and didn’t really enjoy it that much. Overall I felt the letter format wasn’t enough to hook my attention and lots of characters were only mediocrely developed.

i think i would’ve liked it if i read it back when i was a teen. personally, i didn’t really care about the story or the characters. the poem was the only part that really made me feel anything.

I enjoyed the reread, but I definitely think it's one of those books that you enjoy way more the first time around. Also, sadly, for me I think it's a case of actually enjoying the movie more than the book for once. ...more
