Don't get me wrong I loved the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and the way Taylor Jenkins Reid writes book, and I have a good amount of her books but I really do feel like this book was definitely overhyped on TikTok which led me to go into this book with big expectations that were just let down. I know Daisy didn't have it easy in her younger life but going after a married man and a father wasn't it for me especially since that person was Billy. This book was a rollercoaster. Taylor Jenkins Reid is a freakin’ genius, great writer, song-writer and story teller.

Daisy Jones was an interesting character, at least to say. She definitely won’t be my favorite female protagonist, but I was interested in her story and was glad she got finally sober in the end. Because she deserved the happy ...more
