Taylor Jenkins Reid does it again with yet another stunning historical fiction novel. Daisy Jones was a stunningly complex, magnetic, and wonderfully flawed character. She was a shitty mess, but she never took anyone's bullshit and everyone (including myself) loved her liveliness. I wish people also talked more about Camilla. She is the real hero in this story. While Daisy never took shit, Camilla tolerated ...more

Music can dig, you know? It can take a shovel to your chest and just start digging until it hits something.
This is NOT a fictional story; this is real life. If you're looking for clichés and happy endings, let me tell you that this book is not for you.
