I really enjoyed this book but I did find it to be repetitive at times. Daisy getting drunk and high and everyone complaining was a common recurrence.
Let me be Karen Sirko please 🙏🙏🙏 She was my favourite character and so confident. I liked how she didn't let men (more a certain man) control her and wasn't afraid to speak her mind.
I listened to the audiobook and how all the characters had such different, distinct voices. I definitely recommend the audibook! ...more

I adored this book, these characters felt so real to me. I wish they were real.
I took a long break from this book because i had no motivation to read anything and yet after 6 months i still remembered everything that had happened before i stopped reading. Which has to count for something lol

taylor jenkins reid is so good at breaking my heart 🥲
this book flew by so fast because i was fully entranced by the lives of the characters and the incredible dialogue tjr wrote for them.
+OMG i can’t wait to see the show adaptation! this story was made for the screen and i think the confusing aspects of the structure of this book will make a lot more sense when added with visual representations. (as for which way to read it, i highly recommend listening to the audiobook!! there’s a full ca ...more
