I really enjoyed this book but I did find it to be repetitive at times. Daisy getting drunk and high and everyone complaining was a common recurrence.
Let me be Karen Sirko please 🙏🙏🙏 She was my favourite character and so confident. I liked how she didn't let men (more a certain man) control her and wasn't afraid to speak her mind.

taylor jenkins reid is so good at breaking my heart 🥲
this book flew by so fast because i was fully entranced by the lives of the characters and the incredible dialogue tjr wrote for them.
+OMG i can’t wait to see the show adaptation! this story was made for the screen and i think the confusing aspects of the structure of this book will make a lot more sense when added with visual representations. this was a reread before the show came out. i’m obsessed with this book and i love it so much. i’m obsessed with books that are about being famous and i love the 70s vibe. i’m a huge rock and roll fan, especially 70s rock and this book is perfect. im also a huge fleetwood mac fan and this book reminds me so much of them.
this book was different in probably some of the best ways possible. the ending is what pushed it to five stars for me.
