longest 400 pages i’ve ever read.
insanely well written. murakami has a way of describing grief that transported me back to the times i was dealing with it in my own life. but for god’s sake, talk to a woman. a single woman. any woman. we don’t speak like that. and we don’t exist just to have sex with you.

It took me over a year to read this. Every time I read the description of a female, I had to put the book down.
