Quite an interesting read. I'm glad I finally picked this one up and read it. While the Comanches were portrayed in this book at barbaric and ruthless, I still quite enjoyed the history and story of them and their tribes. it felt as if the author took a pro-colonialist stance against the Comanches, rather than being unbiased. Yet it seems like he did his research and tried to stick with the facts (I enjoyed how many footnotes there were citing his references).
