Priyanka Mattoo's memoir about growing up Kashmiri and being forced to move around repeatedly with her family for safety and opportunities was beautifully written. She blends the family experiences and growing pains that are relatable by many to the increasing anxiety and mistrust of others due to the ongoing wars in her home country and the religious dialogue surrounding her from both classmates and society that stewed a religious hatred.
