I really enjoyed this book. It's a wild premise and I wondered how it was going to be written, but it's honestly very tender and thoughtful. It's magical realism in a character driven story. I would highly recommend it for those wondering what magical realism is and wanting to give it a try. It was wonderful on audio and I found the story so striking.
