One of the most beautiful books I've read. This prose style essay compilation is a patchwork of memories and dreams inspired by plants and animals - what they remind us of, how connected we are, and all that they can teach us.

Picked up after seeing it advertised at our neighbor library, Winona, who is reading this book for a community read and collaboration with the Minnesota Marine Arts Museum, where you can find the illustrator's work on display.
