From his unusual appearance on the doorstep of a barren couple to his quickly growing size and stature, and on as he makes his way into the lumber industry, finding love, friendship, himself, and of course, the woods.

Beautifully written by La Crescent local, David Nash, this book is one to get swept away in with its prose and nod to folklore. Be advised, some tissues may be needed.
