Grim, gothic, and unexpected at the end. Fans of haunted houses and classics like Jane Eyre and Frankenstein will love The Death of Jane Lawrence.
I listened to the audiobook and really enjoyed this spooky tale. Jane is a classic character with all the internal monologue you could want as her grasp on reality is questioned again and again. Interesting additions of early surgical scenes blended well.
