There was some great information in in here. However, I felt the book was long winded. I got bored at times. It was a bit repetitive. If she used the phrase "Be Gretchen" one more time, I would have lost it. She didn't seem to be a very fun person to be around. She was always whining, nagging or snapping. She admits that she doesn't laugh much, which makes me wonder why she is giving happiness advice. She doesn't seem to like many things. She seemed like a wet blanket to me.
