What Members Thought
I really enjoyed this novel - it was definitely a different take from the Saturday afternoon version with Boris Karloff. I was surprised to learn that the Brendan Fraser movie was supposedly based on this book; if that's true, then it's no wonder that any mention of this was obliterated from the film version as the only similarity is the title. The novel takes us from a mysterious tomb in Egypt to an estate in London and back again to Alexandria and Cairo. Ramses is immortal, thanks to a mixture
