This is another book in the same vein of 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close' and 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time', where the main protagonist is a teenage who has some sort of learning disability and other things I suppose.

The novel is a series of letters to an unknown character, which I didn't mind, although I don't think it particularly adds to the story. Differently to the books mentioned, I enjoyed this story far more. I think it's because it's not just the simplicity of

This book reminded me why I never give up on a book before I reach the end.

P.S. Forget all of that infinite and deserving love quote crap, I just like the fact that Simian Mobile Disco used the grape Kool Aid swimming pool in one of their songs.
