Atwood continues to not disappoint.
A very interesting novel dealing with the implications of humans playing God, and the creation and implementation of mythology and religion within our species.
This was a brilliant and original novel from Maragret Atwood, another in her line of adult dystopias 'or speculative fiction' as she likes to call it, Oryx and Crake is every bit as good as you have heard.

Atwood is a genius. Often there's more creativity in one sentence in this book than other entire books. It took a bit for me to get into its vibe, but by the half way point, I kept thinking about how much I want to read the next two in the series. I'm off to reserve them at the library immediately. A good romp in the speculative fiction genre.

2.5 stars. The writing is superb. The descriptions of what normal is in this new society are a little hard to take. I might continue the series but will need several books in between. Like several.
