I am not a great fan of books that encompass a lot of characters or a whole town to tell their story. I get that community is a great tool when writing a book, however when too many are involved it tends to lose my interest and my patience. That is what happened here.
I was told to give this book at least 100 pages before I shut it for good and put it in a 'did not read' pile. That problem I did not seem to have. I will admit that this was not my first time trying to read - or listen - t ...more
