This book is not at all what I expected it to be, and I'm not sure if that's my fault. I assumed (perhaps stupidly) that the writing would be linear; starting off with a brief biography about the author, followed with details regarding the event that threw her into the spotlight of this national issue... with the rest of the book being about the national issues with book banning and the fight against public libraries in America.
