Entertaining, but I have very mixed feelings. The writing is solid; I enjoyed many of her turns of phrase; and I found the character interesting. But this ostensibly isn't fictional and as a memoir I'm left feeling uncertain. This mostly stems from the fact that I do see Patric as a character. Her self-diagnosis of sociopathy and how it's presented made some of the anecdotes, reconstructed conversations and emotional struggles come across as dangerously close to fictional.
