Sally Mila is a writer for The Night Owls. This is a take on a Comedy Show such as Saturday Night Live. I never felt the energy that I believe SNL had, but it was somewhat interesting to get a feel for the behind the scenes work of a writer for such a show. If you need a feel-good story (with a little bit of bom chicka wow wow) this is it. This book was SO DAMN CUTE I loved it!

It's basically a story about a TV show that is modeled after Saturday Night Live and the evolving friendship/possible romance between a 30s former teen pop star who is still putting out music (a la Justin Timberlake minus being a douche...
