Wow. Not my usual genre but I ended up enjoying this quite a bit. I'd say it's probably 3.5-4. It started out pretty much feeling like chick-lit and I asked my friend who recommended it why I should like this. She told me to give it a chance and try to just think of it as fun. Well, I did, and it was. It was also fun to text her and say stuff like "I don't like the husbands." She would text back and say "Yea, they're terrible, but what about the shoes?" A gym bag mix up shakes up the lives of two women, forcing them to assess their lives and make changes.
3.5 stars rounded up. Not my favorite of her books but a fun read. At times a bit over the top and a bit unrealistic.
Very well written story that has humor as well as suspense
